Do you accept insurance?

Yes-We accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare West, Health Partners. We also accept Medicaid.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes- we accept Iowa Total Care, Molina, and Wellpoint.

What ages do you see?

Our providers who offer therapy for children see clients from age 3 and up.

Do you see couples?

Yes- We have providers that work with couples on a variety of topics such as; pre-martial marriage, dissolution, and divorce care.

Do you see families?

Yes- We have providers that are trained in family therapy.

Do you prescribe medication?

No- We do not offer medication management at this location but are able to provide referrals to local providers.

Is telehealth offered?

Yes - Telehealth is an option.

What is your cancellation policy/cancellation fee policy?

Your appointment time is reserved for you, though we know that sometimes things come up. You can reach your therapist through email, phone, or through Therapy Notes portal. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A no show fee will be charged if you do not show up and do not communicate the need to reschedule. Fee: $100 for a no-show
